The City of Westmount is planning major infrastructure work on Avenue Forden and Forden Crescent between Avenues Montrose and Westmount over the next two years.
This project provides a unique opportunity to comprehensively examine the area in order to:
- improve the capacity of underground infrastructure,
- more effectively manage stormwater runoff,
- and create green spaces.
It aims to rebuild and redesign the street configuration to meet current needs for safety, mobility, and accessibility, while respecting the existing urban fabric.
