Residents of Lexington and Devon Avenues, as well as those of neighbouring streets were consulted in December 2021 and January 2022. The results have been analyzed and have influenced the project to the extent that it respects the Traffic and Active Transportation Master Plan, the Urban Master Plan, as well as best practices in design, accessibility, inclusion and sustainability to ensure a project that reflects Westmount’s history while embracing the present and the future.
