In 2020, a water system rehabilitation project took place on Mount Pleasant Avenue. However, the portion of the avenue located between Sherbrooke Street and Rosemount Crescent still presents a number of issues related to traffic in the area, pedestrian safety and the configuration of the street in general (see illustration below).
As part of Westmount’s Capital Works Programme, this project offers solutions in terms of safety, greening and sustainable development . Solutions for the benefit of the community. For more details on the project, see the documentation section below.
