The Imagine Westmount 2040 process, which aims to completely revise Westmount’s Master Plan with the community’s help, is back up and running in two weeks!
Participatory activities resume officially on Thursday, October 1st, 2020, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., with a web conference featuring internationally renowned urban planner Larry Beasley. Mr. Beasley is particularly well known as the former Chief Planner for the City of Vancouver and for being the driving force behind the transformation of its downtown core. The webinar will be moderated by urban planning professor David Hanna.
The free and open to all event will focus on sustainable city planning in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic and will be available online via the Engage Westmount platform. Attend in large numbers and ask your questions live to Mr. Beasley! Register now!
